Daughter

’Daughter’ shows the natural, protective bond a mother has with her daughter. Born from the depths of knowledge only a woman can truly hold for how the world sees and treats women and girls, this piece shows a mother wrapping her girl in her arms to protect and shield her from the darkness beyond their bond. 

From the initial thought, to the drawing, from the printing to the packaging and posting ,every step has been finished by hand in my home here in West Cork ,Ireland.

’Emma Flynn Creative’ is a small artist-lead business. Every aspect of which is created and run by me. As a result,  should external factors (aka sick children) cause an  unforeseen disruption in the working week the completion  time of your order may vary.
